This project comprised a large play area constructed using the natural contours of a sloping site with the imaginative use of slides, space nets and swings, together with earthworks, timber and Cumberland boulders to produce a natural landscape for creative play. Sand, bark, EPDM and grass mats are all used on respective items of equipment as safety surfaces adding to the breadth of different materials utilized on this adventurous play area.
